Blueberry Jam Demo

Join us as the staff of Mayernik Kitchen, an herb farm and apothecary in Morris County, demonstrates the simple steps of safe preservation and creating homemade blueberry jam using locally grown berries. Each attendee will be able to taste a sample of the jam and go home with a jar of the homemade product.

 

The program is limited to 15 people.

Preference given to Old Tappan residents.
