Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.

Resistance Training
Thursdays 9:00-10:00am
$10 per class or $60 per six week session.   Limit 10.
Resistance training are workouts that build strength and muscle. It's also been shown to strengthen bones and reduce age-related decline in muscle mass.

Bach to Rock: Two Hundred Years of Musical Transformation

With Performer and Lecturer, Alex Prizgintas

Performer and lecturer, Alex Prizgintas, will entertain us with an electric cello concert as he travels through time sampling selections that highlight - and in some cases - show a direct connection to Bach with music throughout the ages. In addition to performing, Alex will accompany his music selections with stories that reveal interesting facts about each piece. Don't miss this journey that links history and harmony!

Join Nina Androski, Tealightful Tea Brand Ambassador, as she introduces us to the world of loose-leaf tea from tea plant to teacup. Learn about the history of tea, including Afternoon Tea; the 5 main types of teas; the herbal "tea" category, how to brew the perfect cup and the wellness benefits of drinking tea.

 

This program includes a powerpoint presentation, tea raffles/prizes and color handouts. So please stop by for "spot of tea" knowledge!
